Bill Tierney is the owner of this firm. He has been practicing in his own firm for 20 years. He has built up significant experience in small business planning and
tax compliance. Bill is a member of the
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants. He received his undergraduate degree from Washington University and his accounting degree from the University of Missouri, St, Louis.
